I was playing with radio settings trying to get my expo's and such how i like them. It must of happened when i was doing wheelies or stoppies on the carpet.

It had to be a very large load in reverse to pull through the housing.

Just got my front end rebuilt....i put a chromo worm back in there. Ever since i swapped to the hd's i keep blowing up the axle somehow. So, hopefully the lower axle ratio will put less of a lateral load on the bearings and such.

Its a hitec brushless

And it is awesome...i had to set my epas, as when i was at full lock it start to tweak the whole car and make my CF front axle plate deflect a lot.

And the onboard bec on the gen2 RS powers it and my dig servo just fine.

Edit: Its the 9380...472oz torque. http://hitecrcd.com/products/servos/...-servo/product

The lower the ratio, the more torque multiplication off the motor you get. I don't see how that can help.

Is it possible the bearings on the worm shaft are seizing? I have failed those. Never hurt a housing though.

I'll most likely get rid of them....i'm going back to my moa setup and i'll probably stick with chromo worms front and rear

Still running no external BEC and happy with it ?

I'm very interrested in trying the 9380 if I can ditch the Castle BEC

Um, well the esc started to brown out when my dig servo was stalling out. (my rear dig required the servo to stall out or it wouldn't stay engaged). But when i used front dig it was fine (my dig servo didn't ahve to stall out).

Ok,-maybe the RSX which has a 5.5A bec and a sportsman without a dig servo will do fine without external BEC then.....
