Here you go Mike all you need is some 1/4in material then follow the pics:ror: this is for 1.9 inner ring and spacers.

First you need 15/32 drill.AFTER you drill the hole slide the table up lock it in place then take the bit out from the bottom.

http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840789
that way everthing stay lined up.
Then put in a 1 1/8 hole saw.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840784
one spacer.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840779
then the 1 1/2 remember all you have to do is unscrew one put on one.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840776
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840772
Then the 2 1/8 set at 5mm for the bead ring.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840769
Then the 2 1/2 for the end cut.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840765
Then i mill off 2.5mm off the out side.
http://i609.photobucket.com/albums/t...g?t=1342840761
And there you have it one spacer and one 1.9 inner ring.

I could only find polycarbonate in one color smokey grey or clear other then that you will have to paint them.

Decided to play around with the wheels that came on the New Bright toy grade I bought.
I drilled a 1/2" hole in the center and then removed the raised portion with a Forstner bit on the drill press. Kinda cool but a little large at 2.8" they prob won't make it onto a crawler anytime soon.
RC4WD 6 lug steelie hubs.
Still have to drill the holes for the hub screws and nuts.
