Don't they have a lip at the end of the flat spot? I forget already. I'll go check. If it does, the set screw wouldn't be able to slide past it.

The axles have a lip, but the transmission doesn't.

Yeah, you're right. We'll see sunday. I'm more concerned with the pede shafts. Got it running tonight. Everything works fine on the tile floor, hope it's the same on the rocks. |

this is probably a really stupid question but did you use 1/8 inch or 3/16 on the tube frame?
