Very cool, I just shattered a universal at BattleGrounds only on 2 cell. Can't wait for these. My pro4 4000 wants a date with them

Pretty sad for only 5 minutes out of the package

Later,
Farmer

Yep, stock axial universal. Swear it was brand new out of the package along with every other part on the axles. Pretty pissed I now have $70.00 into piss poor shafts That's a nice start on vanquish cvd's or 300 hd's

I can't believe it.
Wow, that's a fail if you ask me.
It's rare the axial's fail, but to be hollow is unreal.

Yea, thats a bummer. we busted up a good 25 30 sets of wraith, ax10 and our 4340'S during testing none fractured anything like that...

I dont think they look hollow, you can see the lines where those areas line up with the other pieces. The material is definitely not high quality and I've seen more then one set fracture like that under Pro4 power. Diezel had one awhile back I think.

Any chance that these will come in a SCX-10 length but for wraith/xr-10 knuckles/CHUBs for those running the XR-10 steering mod on a scx10? I know I can run the xr-10s unmodded but dont want that wide of a track width on my scaler.

Hate having to cut and file the stock XR-10 axles to scx10 lengths, but love the ridiculous steering angle.

Can't wait to see what else you guys come up with. On a side note, are there any pics of your new CVD axle shafts?

Just got off the phone with Axial They want me to email them a pic of the universal and a copy of my receipt. The pic I can do, but no receipt. Seems like the guy I talked to didn't believe me. Gonna try and get my hobby shop to get me a receipt. What a pita. Nice pic Harley, you suck
