@FLB, your rigging is looking great and thanks for posting up the comparison pics.
Ditto on the screws to keep it together. That would be my approach if I start to have problems. Thanks for the comments. I have been distracted by another build and will come back to this one soon-

Cool-the TA-02 runs pretty smooth even with the different tranny. The issue will be ground clearance. I am almost running scale clearance on this build and although it looks accurate, it is low for a typical build. Still drives over things but you won't be crawling over big rocks.

Wow, this thing really came out nice. Love the scale boxes up top with the scale bungees. And the spare tire spinner is a nice touch too. Bravo, man, bravo.

That is by far one of the nicest LR3 builds I've seen. I had no idea the Rastar was that much bigger than the newbright.

Again, Great job!

Thanks you. Not yet-I drove it around a bit then got distracted by another RC project. Story of my life!

FLB. Still have this baby? I wish I snagged a rastar body when they were easier to find. Also shouts kept mu ta02 haha! I had a Blue lr3 but just got a newer body its silver.

In the middle of body mounting so thanks for the ideas!
