I told everyone where I learned that, could not get anyone that went before me to try it. It was a tribute to the legend that designed the awesome chassis under that body.

Your bonus land portion of the finals course was intense.

I finally blew out the stock locker in the rear at BG, I noticed it slipping about mid day. HMMMMMMMMM, what shall I replace it with, any suggestions?

You could give these a shot and tell us how they hold up:
Diff Locker, Axial AX10, FLM75100

I am sure it's a good piece, just not sure about a locker with set screws, wonder if I can find a 300 for the rear, the one up front has been the $hit since day one. What locker do you run in the rear of your 2.2s Jeremy?

I cant really remember, but I think it is the locker that comes with the Axlemasters. Hot Racing also makes a decent locker for these trucks. I cant believe I just recommended that...

Hell for stout. A solid chunk of steel with no separate pieces to fail. Can't call it a "no-slop", but it's tighter than stock. Recommended if you're looking for reliability and are okay with the axle weight.

I may try the RCP, I think I can lighten it up a bit.

Here are some pics from 2.2s finals at BG. We had to start behind the cones with our radios and rigs at the start gate, turned off. Once time started you had to go to your rig and turn your $hit on and go (mine took a couple tries to go, not sure what happened, I guess anything that can go wrong will go wrong in your first big comp finals ). Luckily it did not hurt my run, I did the best I could regardless, I finished the course, may not have been pretty but I finished.

I run the Hot Racing lockers in my Wraith...solid pieces for sure. I forget what's in my 2.2S...I think they're the RCP lockers, but something makes me think that one was different from the other. The HR locker would be a better choice for the rear...it's already just about as light as it can get and still be made of steel.

Hell...Harley even recommended the HR units in his bombproof Wraith setup thread

Thanks Ryan, if you, Harley, and JeremyH say HR I will give it a shot. As long as the stocker lasted I am sure any locker would be just fine. Does East Coast have them in stock?

I have not touched this truck since Battlegrounds, I bought a new HR locker but never put it in, better get that done for Nationals, especially with the sick new Brood power that will be here tomorrow.
