Well after getting another Goat 3s and having it take a $hit like the first one, I am done with them. I will never buy anything they make. So I will be going back to the Mamba Micro Pro, but this time it will be running some Brood power in the form of a 35t HHK Apocalypse.
Once I finish getting my BJV4.2 comp rig built I will get this wired up in the GC-3A sportsman rig. Thanks for the power and the stickers Eddie, you kick ass.

Not sure if you've done so already but you should rock the Hardline, I've been using one for awhile and can't wait to get a fresh new one. I had chopped this one up pretty good when it was on my AX10

Cool paint.
I have a fresh Hardline on standby.

Sweet looking paint job. I too am going to be putting my hardline from the xr10 on mine. The losi body is getting pretty bad. That and it just needs an Axial body.

I'm really digging my 35T Holmes motor. I've also heard great things about brood's stuff. I'm sure it will run really well!

The aluminum steering arm that came with the GK steering kit was a little flimsey. I made a new one out of stainless steel it is solid.

Guess I will go back to the one I was using.

How do you like the knuckle weights? What hub and track width do you end up at?

Drag link is fine, steering link is too flimsy.

Even made from S.S. Maybe a more gradual bend, was it because the bends were to sharp. What is used in the draglink were the screws are? Are there bushing in there?

Yes there are the axial flanged pipe bushings where the link connects to the knuckles. The bending occured dead center of the link, not at the bends. I had the front tires bound up pretty good and when I turned it bent. I had to run the rest of the course (until I ran out of time) with 45 degrees of toe out on each side. It was funny as hell.

Crazy that it wouldn't have bent at those bends, you would think they would be the highest stressed points. AH crazier things have happened LOL. Can't wait until this weekend, first comp ever we'll see how the GC3A holds up for me.
