When one has the option of a awesome chassis like a Chaotic El Nino or a Sucker Punch and has more time to focus on the other parts at hand to make/build.. why for!?

I would assume Erik has EASY access to either chassis, and either one would be a great choice.

Pretty much.... Why re invent the wheel? I have spent some time around both chassis. I like their design and function. With not much time on a sporty I trust their geometry over what I would come up with. 801 has to be the most hardcore group of shafty drivers in the world. If I did build a chassis, they would be the first I would look for advice from.

Yeah, all 100% manual there, no CNC.

Yep, 7075. TI would have been nice but I was not up for the time to put into them.

Yeah, different options for different types of cars. I have what I think is some pretty cool stuff coming (not for this build).

Turnin wheels mang!

At least I am getting faster. Like I was talking to JeremyH, I built some of these parts for my Wraith and instead of taking 3-4 hours I remember it being closer to 8hrs

Man, good guess!

4g for the lightest and I was surprised that the full circle ones were 2x as much at 8g.

The commitment to Wraith axles has been made! I think they will work for me. CAD drawings in my brain are all done up and working smoothly.

All lockers are tapped and one installed on the ring gear, didnt want to over exert myself tonight.
