That is just an old 27t stock motor from the last time my son drove the truck scaling. He didn't think the 45t lathe motor was fast enough.... Lol.

Those chocker collars make mocking AX10 axles a lot easier.

Chassis is clean.

You didn't need to change the motor just for me.

Oh yes..... And if they are pushed inward during drilling of the bottom set screw they really pinch the housing tight.

Nawwww...... Lol I wanted to see if it would fit since it is a longer can the the other one. I have no idea what arm is in it.... Will have to check that before I wire it up.

I made some good progress as well...... I take my time wiring and enjoy the clean look that I learned from the carpet car guys. So here is my electronics smash......

The ESC is a old Sidewinder for now that is decased. RX is also decased and I made a socket in the end for the plug from the speed control for programming purposes. Everything else was soldered to the back of the circuit board for the uber sleek look. The caps of the esc sit just above the drive shaft and the Rx is above the electronics tray.

Wow Very clean wiring If it crawls as good as it looks you definitely have another winner in the pack ...

What are you doing for the servo mount on the diff side? Looks like those screws would need to go through the plastic post that comes off of the stock housing...
