It's confusing when you say testing "some scorpions" when this thread and the press release both say that currently the tranny is the only piece being tested, and that test is being done by Axial themselves.

I just noticed on Tower Hobbies site that the AX10 has been pushed back to an August arrival date. When I ordered it said June.:-(

yeah but if the tranny and axles turn out as good as their looking, they'll be worth the pre-order price alone. besides we don't all have badazz mamoths to pull with.

Aw YEA... That's what I wanna hear... hehe It seems pre-ordering thru RCP was more than a bonus after all... Gettin' it 10 days before anyone else just raises the bar that much higher... SCHVEET...

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update.

Testing has gone well, no major issues up to this point. There are a few loose ends to wrap up but otherwise we are in full production on 90% of the parts. The ship date is still mid-July from the factory and should hit most stores towards the beginning of August.

Here is just a little teaser photo for everyone.

Thanks,
Axial

PS. It can articulate quite a bit more than shown once you trim the body.

hey just a quick question, how come your site says $400 and towers says $249. Is it so they can get people to preorder it?
