Small update. I beefed up WB8 driveshafts. I used a old aluminum link. I also have Gunnar pins installed I had a proto type Locked up Rc commando free spooling winch with the upgraded up motor for while . Install was easy and followed the directions I swaped to stainless screw.Addition to to free spool and motor, I used Maddogrc fairlead and hook. I also used Locked up Rc winch saver, Locked up Rc extreme winch line. Waiting for more parts to come in. Last edited by eric113; 11-15-2014 at 05:14 PM. |

I worked on it most the day yesterday and got he rear axle done. During mock up. I when back and counter sunk the screws that hold the lock out on. Little tip if you are drilling and tapping holes in delrin.Use a smaller drill bit and use the screw to cut the threads, it be tighter than using a tap. I also installed my JC link raisers, which also to work out since my upper links were little short. Before I called it a night. I got one omf's mounted. If anyone has tricks for mounting proline tires on the omf's please post up! Sorry for the crappy pics and messy work bench. |

Wouldn't the 2300Kv be a better choice than the 3100Kv being that you're running a 4 cell? You should swap out those link risers for the steel ones.
