I wanted to run this rig for crawlapoolza #9. So I finally got it finished and running. Got 16th out 44 good drivers. Untested and just ran it. Since last update somethings changed...

Sold the currie's went back to stock housings
Stock bumpers front and rear
Threw in my fxr with new bec, picked up a 35 fantom blitz motor
Axial wheels with slw hubs, proline super swampers XL's with Crawler innovations Duces foams

Badass build and rig. I've been wanting to do portals on my JKU since I found out they were available. I had a question about the Traxxas flanged balls you used. Are those wider balls than the ones that come with Revo or Jato rod ends? Do you have a part number? I'm getting tired of living with rattle trap links or having to shim 16 rod ends.

Thanks.

Which portals are you going with?

The traxxas flanged are wider than Revo. I don't have part number. They come with jato rod ends. I will get a picture of them next to each other.

The RC4WD portals are the only ones I'm aware of but I haven't read a lot of reviews on them. Which ones are you running?

I inherited a very beat up,modded new bright jk body few years ago. Decided to use it to replace lexan body. I also had Dinky cantilever kit I'm also going to use. Trying my best to get early start for Copper state scale Nats

Need to figure out bumpers and sliders.

Mocked up

Hard to tell but the rear been dovetailed
