There's a way that you build your transmission so your motor when it's mounted sits in the front right side of the transmission next to the chassis. Instead of the left front. This motor position helps with torque twist. And just in case you don't know what torque twist is.It's when you take off or are climbing and the torque of the motor twists the chassis a bit and pulls the right front tire off the ground. Just like a drag race car. When they take off one wheel kind of comes up almost like a wheelie. I hope that helps explain it to ya.....lol

Well.....Those of you who have read this thread or those of you who know me knows I'm disabled. I don't have full use of my hands.BUT! today I took it upon my self to not only paint my own body but to decal it as well. It took a little over 3 hours to paint it. And another 4 and a half hours to decal it. That seems like a lot of time I know...BUT when you can't make your hands stay still and do what you want them to it gets pretty rough....lol Here's one after I painted the black on the inside and the tan and silver on the outside.

Here's a close up of the black. It's got gold metal flake in it. It's hard to see but you get the idea.

Here's a couple of the switch I wired in for the steering servo and winch.

Here's some of the body before mounting it.

Here's a couple of it mounted up.

The bodies not done yet I'm going to get some graphics for it and put some more decals on it.So let me know what ya think..Thanks for looking.

I'm not using the tail lights that came with the body.So I'd like to see what you guys think. What set of lights should I use?The small oval ones could be put on either horizontal or vertical. The round ones could be used by them selves or with the small yellow light off the three light one.Kind of like the lights that come with the kit. And the three light set could be put on horizontal or vertical.

Wow, I'm impressed. I love the colors you went with on your G6. Looks amazing. The little things you have done are awesome bro. The fact that you are disabled, is mind blowing. Anyone that says they cant do something, here is proof if you put your mind to it you can do anything if you truely want to. Keep up the awesome work here bro. I think the 3 light setup for the tail lights would look cool.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you like it. I wasn't always disabled. I was a pro wrestler and a cage fighter for 14 years. I also worked as a machinist for years too. So the fighting and abuse of my body just tore me down over the years. Then a medication I was on messed my nervous system up real bad. Imagine Holding one of those spikey balls that shake and buzz real fast when you pull the string. And all the while making small circles about 2 inches around with your hands. So shaking wildly and going in circles.....lol Try decaling with that.....lol I CAN do anything...It might just take me a bit longer....lol Oh and thanks for your input on the lights.

I was just looking at the pics of my truck. And I'm thinking that I can make that gas tank look better. I'm going to find a piece of red vinyl and cut it to replace the black decals that are on there now.I'll cut out the silver filler flange/plate thing and then put it on the red. So it's off to the wanted section for me....lol

OK let's try this again....I added a few more decals today. A axial symbol to the rear quarter panel. A Rpp hobby one to the lower bar on the cage.An axial one on a bar on the cage. A GrearHead one on the rear crossbar of the cage. I took advice from some of you on here and went with the three light tail light set. I also added some RCC love....
