| My piece together G6 Build.....
Like I said before, I'm a newb at this. So here is my first set of pics. Thanks to my good friend Redsawacs(who has hooked me up with a lot of parts), I have successfully built my front and rear axels. I was gonna start on the transmission but don't have the Idler shaft ton finish it. So in the mean time(while I wait for the shaft to arrive), I will start on something else. I'll probably wok on the frame. And believe me any help is appreciated. |

Good to see someone else using STRC stuff. Not going for the high$$$ VP stuff just because that's what gets all the attention.Sure VP stuff is probably quality stuff but WAY too expensive.Money saved can be used to upgrade other area's. I will be watching. |

Same here. I've installed a lot of STRC stuff on my SCX10 and will quite possibly throw some on my Ascender when they have mods available.

Thanks yall. Its my first build so I don't have a lot to spend on upgrades. I like the STRC lock outs so far, I will find out more when I get her out on the trail.

Im doing a build much like this... just using all the spare parts i have around. So far, cost me $100 in other parts and I should be able to finish it completely. So for $100 I can assemble all my spares into a complete truck. Not bad IMO. Sometimes this is a pretty cheap way to get a truck. Ill be watching to see what you come up with. LMK if you find you need any parts. I probably have them laying around.
