Default Zuki_dan's Steel wraith chassis by ScaleReady

Another one of my full steel wraith chassis. This one is for Zuki_dan He had some alterations he wanted to do to his chassis, which is the nice part about having it custom made Here is where we are at today. I am working on the front bumper, so that will be the next update. Anyhow, here you go

Notice the 4th photo down, it is a side view of the rear part of the cage. I am showing how the rear "v" bars, disappear on the side profile He wanted those bends to match the ones in the fastback runners.

Looks great! Can't wait to transfer my parts over to a solid chassis.

I don't have a fine enough scale to get an accurate weight on it, but I will try to get a weight.

Got the front winch bumper built for it. He really like the styling one the previous one I built, but wanted more of a traditional style stinger. Hopefully i nailed it on the head for him Whatcha think?

I have put the interior in my current wraith from the bottom without the seats and then install the seats. I am hoping I can do the same with this chassis. But if I have to it will do some styrene work.

Thank you! I wish all my steel showed up looking as clean as this. It usually is black and oily. It takes a while to clean it up and make it presentable.

Should be able to remove the seats, bend the interior a little and fit it in from the bottom. Put the seats in afterward

Stock interior should fit in no problem, as you stated

Rear shock mounts are installed Well, the stock location is. He is having me add another location to it, to give him more adjustability. That should be soon

I love making things "disappear" when you are looking at it from the side

Alright guys and gals....time to let the secret out of the bag.......

I employed a blonde haired midget to do all my work.

Pardon the mess. It's hard to get those kids to keep it clean

Extremely nice work!

I assumed you were using a TIG welder, but the kid (who needs a proper step stool...) is holding a MIG.

Please share your secrets!

Thank you No TIG welder here. Just my Lincoln 140HD mig. The floor jack was part of the humor of my post

As far as secrets go......if I told everyone my secrets to what I do, it would surely put me out of business

OK, I will share one secret.... I use .023 wire
