Yes.
Yes, 1300mah 3s is perfect and I get 30 to 40 minutes with Titan 21 and Tekin FXR geared 13/56 depending how I drive it. Big ol battery is good for flopping over on your side.
Yes.
yes. Truck looks good, thanks for the crawling pics.

Maybe try different brand servo, seems like something is shorting out with your wiring...3 bad bec in a row is not likely.

3 bad servos in a row seems unlikely as well but I'm not taking any more chances in an attempt to save money. Making my own harness this time.

Gearing is 11/58 and I'm hoping to get by with a pocket full of 800's.

Here's where I finished tonight.
New ride height is 3"
More droop but I forgot to measure
New rear lowers
Rc10 spring cups and spacers (they can't slip off)
Extremely soft rear springs. Guessing they're close to 1.1 lb
Traxxas blue x seals for bump stops
And a new servo

New ride height is 2.5" and it's feeling great in the basement. I've made a lot of little suspension changes tonight that I think are in the right direction as well as a real servo and a borrowed bec (thanks again Billy).

Found time and half ass decent weather to crawl in. Found out that I hate my tires so I've been snipping and dremeling like a mad man. Pucs to follow once I get my Dlux sway bar mounted.

Got some new chit going on.
Fatty rings
:insert Dlux sway bar here:
And my front tires. I'll show the rears when they're decent.

Has anyone narrowed the wraith chassis? Google lets me down when I ask that question

I thought about doing a narrow chassis with a single front and bench rear and moving the skid plate forward 2 holes and cutting the extra just to shove a fsj into it for massive forward bias however.. out of the last of my wraiths that I haven't sold I never got around to doing it, Good luck!

I like the idea. I might run with it later.

Here's the tire so far. I'm still gonna rough up the lugs that are left but the design shouldn't change.

See the little silver brackets on the axle? Those are called tlt parts. It's what we used before VP brought jewelry to the crawling community.

I plan on avoiding water until I decide if I'm staying with this chassis or not.

No drill bits so I'm gonna have to finish the sway bar in the next couple of days.

Couple stickers for the road.

As for narrowing the wraith chassis, I think you'd run into alot of issues later on if you ever wanted to make any changes. Almost everything would have to be custom..

Very nice, like the tummy tuck mod. Mine's running just short of 13" WB and getting caught in the center is the biggest issue. Nothing a little fat finger throttle can't overcome of course. Took some time to get it straightened out, my first few runs were depressing but I finally got it dialed in. Was worth it - wheels great now.

I was thinking I could safely narrow the roof 2 mill on each side but it gets a little weird after that.

And I still get hung up like crazy. I'm not used to a skid plate this wide. Wishing there was a narrow light weight option to the scale class but it is what it is. Gonna make some lexan skid plates to fill in some voids.

Which part is getting hung up the most? The front of the skid, or just on the underbody part in general?

The whole chassis. I'm used to a maximum of 3" skid plates.

Your a damn ninja, look at that response time! lol

Thinking about it, doing that belly tuck might be a part of the problem. Yes, it sucked the belly up higher but it also pulled the rest of it down lower.. You might be able to try running an scx10 skid, but you'll have to re-configure your link lengths.
