Looking very good! I love the look of that steel in there! Wouldnt it add alot more weight then lexan panels?

Damn Camo, this thing is looking bad ass. I was wondering what was going to work for the side panels, looks like you got it right first try. Nice job man.

Thanks Kurt, too bad they have been trimmed and moved to the outside now. I did not want to risk them not passing tech so better to be safe than sorry. It still looks though.

Whats your running weight? Mine seems to light now. This chassis has absolutely no weight on it.... Which is nice. Just not used to it

Nice work on the win Camo. Have you done much fine tuning and practice over there or are you too busy living up Vegas?

Seeing as you seem to do a lot of testing on the new chassis I have some questions.

I'm familiar with torsion chassis and one thing I've never been a fan of is when in a jam or certain situations the chassis seems to just keep flexing and not stop. One reason I like shocks is there's a physical limit it can flex and can't go past. Granted the SSS chassis is a shifty but I was curious if this one ever get bound up and just keeps flexing to the point you think it's gonna break?

Thanks guys.

Pipes I had this bound up pretty badly at Lone Mountain and it did get to a point were the bind stops. If I had tried to push it any further I think I would have started throwing rod ends.

Here are some photo's from the recent Holmes Hobbies Nationals. Thanks to RCP crawlers for posting these.

The car performed really well for me in Vegas. All though I did not finish well myself. The hardest thing for me was adjusting to the course format. A lot more gates than we are used to running. So some ten gate practice is definitely on the cards this coming summer.

Typically in W.A. we run 6 gates in 5 minutes. So the 10+10 in 5 was a real stretch.

Thats interesting..Thats like our sport format 5 gates in 5 minutes.
Did they really have you do 20 gates in 5 minutes? I've done the 10 + 10 but it was 6 min for the 1st 10 gates and 3 minutes for the last 10 gates.
