i have been watching your build, and i really like the switch chassis, but with funds kinda low ill just stick with my bjv4 for a while. but something i did a while ago with the stock shocks to limit them is i put the inner springs (i cut them in half ) out of some creeper shocks i had laying around in under the piston and i think for what i drive on it works good. it gives you the droop for sidehills and the clearance when you need it. and that climb was pretty cool to.

If your not to concerned about the weight but still want the power you could save a little $$ and get something else from Eddie. Im sure if you PM Eddie he could hook ya up with something good. The endbells and armatures are interchangeable between motors - the 'Vapor' part is the turned down can and some other light weight goodies. | |

Looking good man. Don't know anything about the Brood motors so no help there. I have been running Holmes motors for the past three years and love them.

I have two sets. Crawlmaster 16t with 14 pinion front and rear. I also run 35t torque masters with 14t pinion for both. I used to run one less tooth pinion in the rear but I actually find I get a little less clod stall with the same tooth pinions. I'm no expert when it comes to this stuff though so maybe someone else can explain that better.

when you run 1 esc an a punc or switchs it very comon to see one less tooth in the rear to help with the stall. now that most of us run 2 escs you can do the with the other esc by just bumping it alil to the fron side an it pulls so we now run the same front an rear. i have hard of a few guys still one one less in the rear but for me i run the same
