Here's the list of what's really needed on the XL Kit:

1. Steering Rack - it does tighten things up
2. Top Plate - great looking and so much easier to install than the flimsy stock plastic noodle
3. Aluminum shock caps only - the piggy back looks cool, but really aren't needed
4. Aluminum motor mount - great anchor to a large motor, although your still mounting it all to plastic

The only other HR upgrade i would consider only be cause nobody else makes one is the Top Plate aka batwing.

I had good results from the HR steering rack. I think HR did a good job of making an aluminum replica of the very small stock rack - it like garbage in/garbage out. The stock rack should be much larger IMO

Sweet thanks Rich. Just a couple of questions about the piggy backs. Did the caps have a bleeder and were there any leaks from the shock cartridges?
