Axial obviously has a hold on prerelease kit reviews. None of the five prerelease kit builds I have been following have running footage or reviews.

Or maybe axial wants there to be available kits to purchase in the marketplace before any running videos are released to capitalize on people's excitement

That's a big "no".

I haven't run mine because the shell's skin isn't ready, and there's way too much snow everywhere to make it worthwhile.

Awesome, can't wait to see some reviews. Btw here is a full list of who I've followed so far. surley one of these folks will post something soon. Those of us who are waiting on the kits are anxiously waiting to see this in action. Axial made it look good, but I want to see non promotional footage. I have high hopes for superior handling over the RTR.

Hey Bob,

No, there's no lock on footage.....I've just been super busy, but did run it today and captured some sick footage of the XL KIT!!!

I should have it edited tonight and hopefully post it tomorrow on my channel. Here's a sneak pic:

I had a hard time getting the body clips on the front with the added thickness of the Xtreme Racing Carbon Fiber panels, so I moded some Pro-Line Secure-Loc body mounts and it worked great! It streamlines the look pretty good too.

Nice...I just entered the alternate universe of YouTube.. Start with your video...few more YeTi XLs some 1/5 scale then 1/4 scale grave digger....again....and I end up an hour later watching a centerped fight a praying mantis.....how does that happen.

Thank you for sharing your build Rich! I have a great deal of respect for your opinion. Your channel has helped me make decisions on a lot of rc purchases.

Well, after having such great experiences with the recent increased quality of the Hot Racing upgrades for my 1/10th Yeti's, I decided to pick up a "few" upgrades for the XL KIT:

Once again, they look great and I will have a video series on these as well as a weigh in to see what weight is added by the extra aluminum
