That's exactly how I want my Yeti treated... thrown in the top to be thrown around and get broken in before I open the box.
Maybe I could ask that the driver in brown take it out, charge it, and drive the thing so as to find the weak spots and save me the trouble.

Hi there, I really am not sure what you mean, I'm pretty new to the world or RCs.

I did buy a ThunderTiger e-MTA about 2 weeks ago that has huge tires, I was just wondering if this new Axial Yeti has the same sized wheel.

Same exact tire and size the blue poison spider wraith comes with but a softer rubber.

Hi AWraith build ! - thanks for your input. Could you spare me a few seconds of your time and measure your tire ? I have never seen the blue poison spider Wraith, so I'm a bit clueless, I also just got back from my local hobby shop and the guy didn't have the Spider Wraith in, so I still have no clue on the size of tire in comparison to my e-MTA ( which has huge tires ) Thank you if you have time.

Hi guys, on another note, - I was reading that the factory setting for the new Yeti is for SPEED. If you wish to switch this to "crawler" mode, you'll have to order a new gear and switch that out ? is this basically true ?

I have just put the new Yeti on pre-order and now am wondering if I need to order some sort of "crawler" kit, as I really want this for crawling and not speed.

Thanks for any info

No one know exactly but my guess it's going to all be there locked in high then u have to buy the parts. Prob something similar to like a dig for the wraith tranny. You might be able to find a way to lock it in low. But who knows till it's in your hand.

Yeti is coming with r35 compound tires? Kind of surprised, the stockers from poison spider did really well for speed and loose dirt, perfect for yeti. My r35's are much better on the rocks but way too soft for high-speed.

That's what tower has as a spec. I think they are to soft too. I think the r35 maxxis would have been a better tire. Stiffer and you see them out in the 1.1 u4 scene.

Cause no one runs krawlers. Or MTRs. Or every other tire. Pretty sure the only tire to never be run is the 37x16.5 Wrangler, which happens to be the sweet new RCU4 tire. For some unknown reason.

I didn't say never! Most the BFG sponsored rigs run the baja ta. I wasn't aware axial had the rights and licensing to run every other tire. I do know they have maxxis and it was just an opinion from me that I think the maxxis might be a better fit. Idk who is making the military Mtrs?

I spoke with RPP yesterday regarding my Yeti pre-order... they are saying mid July still. Luckily my pre-order was done as soon as the Yeti was announced and mine will be amongst the first batch they receive.

From the parts list it looks like you have to totally upgrade Trans to have both ...kinda looks as if stock Trans case has to be upgraded as well. I'll have mine soon enough and the rumors can stop
