Will you be working on sway mounts? Doesn't have to be the stock, just something would be nice.

It's getting sway bars. Not the factory one though. I believe the best way to run the sway bar is forward of the shocks running back to the trailing arm in front of the shock.

Cool stuff.

How well do you think the plastic IFS system will handle 8lbs?

Cheers,

J

I would think some upgrades would be in order.

If you look closely at the pics of the front, you can see that the front suspension is not stock. The lower arms will be the only plastic. They are RPM so I expect them to do fine.

The final front end set up as far as axles a locker or not is still being looked at. I want to try open front so that limits my options somewhat.

Care to share any details on that front end setup?

Alright, I need to ask... How do you plan to change the battery?

It will sneak in under the drivers through the back of the chassis.

At least that's the plan.

Or Jake's "removable dudes" method.

Correction. It will slide in the passenger window after removing the passenger. The "removable dudes" method.

I can't wait to see that with the body off assembled to see how you guys worked out the different sway system.

Wheels7 sure does a super nice job.

Look up a few pictures. There is one looking at the back of the car that shows the sway bar.

I agree, UC Fab chassis are not only works of art, they are properly engineered

There are multiple chassis being made right now. If you would like to get on the preorder list just send me a pm. You could have your chassis in the next couple weeks!
