Yeah the tires I used are rc4wd Dune T/As which are straight 2.2s but are the same height as a Traxxas Slash short course tire . I considered 1.9 tires but they seemed to small wheel wise to be scale .

Recently i got a message from Axial on Instagram. They do listen to the market, they said. That may be, but to me it is still just a Yeti with another bodyshell. Nothing we couldn't make ourselves.
I am with Natedog on this one. What's next? Yeti Rubicon?

Since day one everyone was saying the yeti was the perfect platform for a TT and now that they did it everyone complains? I don't get it. Ask and receive and then complain? So there has been alot of talk about a Axial MT if they come out with one is everyone gonna complain because it shares parts with another axial or Oh its just a wraith with a tube chassis?

No not complaining just saying its a little to late and they should have done the Yeti like this in the 1st place I'm pretty sure I'll still get one I'll just turn my homemade one into a shelf queen .

IMO it's awesome. Detailed body and rear cage WITH a spare, light buckets, actual 3d grill, and new tires.

I think its cool . but all the trouble I have had with my yeti . im going to stay away from it . if they do come out with a monster truck . I hope they do it right . make something durable . I don't care about the licensed parts . sell that stuff as a after market peace . sharing parts is cool . it just makes it easier to find one when you need one .

Axial got it right with this one. I was about to create my own after reading the lastest RC Car Action issue. Now I won't have to. Great work Axial.

Not really , real trophy trucks don't have huge front bumpers either

The large bumper is probably too help save the body.

I like the look, and the blue shocks.

I really wish there was some improvement made to the steering.

It's a really neat concept, but I really prefer the ones that guys made from stock yeti's. The ingenuity and creativity are amazing.

Slash body was to short for the regular Yeti , I used a 1/8th scale SC8 body for mine .

Looks like a truck that could really rock the NuKizer body . Wish they would have used that body shape on this truck.
