I have been working all day to finish another scaler for my dad. He is doin the off-road show tomorrow night in Temecula. I did go hit the trail again this evening and took a few pics. But it's 2am and I haven't had time to upload and post. I'll try to do it tomorrow in my am (noonish). Parking for about 3 cars is right there, More will have to use the Mexican food spot a few hundred yards away. This trail is best if done "Adventure Crawl" style not touching the vehicle, and using it's onboard equipment to successfully traverse it I am going to add winch points to the ground in certain spots, and sand ladder ramps would be good for those with metal bumpers/sliders. It's a challenge, and very fun. It was built for SCX10's so I am not sure how other vehicles would do. A comp crawler would be bored senseless, as this is a Trail

Up late workin Scott? Tired of running the Blitz's.
I am waiting for a part for my tranny. Too much power and too big of a jump.

LOL.... ya I like the scaler-ish vehicles. Racing is fun, but Crawling is my hobby and relaxes me Photos uploading now!

Recce01 - is this spot on private property? Don't want to show up only to have the owners chase me out, thinking I'm after their Oranges... Thanks for posting the pics, looks like a fun spot, I've got a rope bridge that might work there. -Glenn

It is on private property. I have asked the one family I see there if they have a problem with my "playing with toy cars" there and the answer was not at all. They ar usually out walking between 4:30 and 6 PM. I seem to always be crawling when they are walking. Just let me know when you can go to check it out and roll with me.

They might be cool with one or two people. But when you have 5 or 10 and the occasional fruit picker. They might not like it anymore.

I would still like to try out this spot regardless of how many people are there at one time, I think as long as we are respectful of the owners property, we can still have a good time.

So does anyone have plans to crawl this Saturday?

Might head to Wohlford @ 11am southside to test out some new stuff.

Unless everyone is going to CDM on Sunday. I might try and make it out there also...
