Yeah, I can't do facebook for the same reason I can't type the acronym for laughing out loud. Nothing against those who do, I just can't.

Eh, the only reason I use Facebook is for rc. I don't pay attention to the friends/family side of it. To much people living their lives through it.

Thanks Butte County Scalers for putting on your Scale Comp Sunday after Axial Fest. Nice course, it was tougher than it looked, and your raffle was off the hook.

Yes you are correct about FB Travis, it has hurt this site IMO. So I heard you were building a Comp. rig and another Scaler....would love to catch up with you it has been along time

Holy Moly! This is the most action this thread has seen in a long time!
Yeah it's been a while Bill, hope everything is going well. I have a build thread in the Bully section and a thread in the 1.9 scale and 2.2 scale sections.
I have lost a lot of my RC mojo over the last five or so years but trying to get it going again. Seems everyone around here is into the scalers which I am too, but there aren't any guys with comp rigs which is really where my heart is.
Hopefully I'll see ya at the Bald Rock event.

I was at the Coutelinc event. Thanks for the sarcasm.

That is the main reason I stopped comping, didn't like the attention, even turned down a Vanquish sponsorship.

BTW, the Crate Mertyles in front of your place are beautiful looking right now.

Build a scale comp rig! that's what I'm attempting anyway. (Actually, I just want to give rastamans kid a run for his money in class 3. ;) )

I have one, just toss a scale body on the Bully2. I was referring to comping with comp rigs, setting courses that scalers can't do for lack of a better term.
The self judging just isn't reliable, I'm not calling anyone a liar, but it is a flawed system. It is fun to drive the courses though.
