These were the battery packs I had Mike make for me back in the day....once I retired the stick packs...and before we had lipos....  |

Never ran them but a few of the local guys did religiously. I almost forgot about 2/3a cells damn that was a long time ago. Saddle packs were serious tech. I only made one so I had to charge after each run lol. cool pics thanks  |

David Kingston (a Panther tire rep - ie, Cougars) was the first I knew about to have a Berg. And I think he got Kamikaze and Gatekeeper on the bandwagon, but I'm not positive. I got mine pretty early on, too. He also let me hold a wheel with a pound of additional weight to it, at which I laughed at. Then next thing you know almost everyone ran heavy ass wheels.
