That's the bitch about wearing the badge, you are ALWAYS supposed to keep your emotions in check, that is what you are paid for why I got out of law enforcement. Did the guy deserve a smack down, YES. But, the cops should have kept their composure. |

Its pretty simple IMO Some cops are bad,some good cops make bad choices. Either way its bad Some of you sound like a parent who is trying to justify your childs bad actions. Listen a kid must be guided when they are doing wrong,a person is no different. To not do something about the poor actions of the officers will only lead to more of the same,and possibly more excessive throughout thier carreer. When officers are caught doing such things there must be consiquences. If you disagree,I accept that your wrong,and forgive you whole heartedly  |

For what reason I cant tell. I can tell the officer makes no attempt to wipe anything from his person. He claims she spit ,a common reaction would be to wipe that spit off. Or at the very least look at the area spit upon,I have studied the video and see no evidence that there was any spiting involved. The cop in this video has a mental problem,further more he is a liar,and should be fired. | |

I think overall we agree. Back in the day, if someone was trying to rob your house & killed one of your family members, and you retaliated by killing them, it would never see a court room because it was considered justified. We could save a lot of taxpayer dollars if this attitude was still around. Now you have to wait to be killed before you can retaliate. As for the second comment, again I do not think it was neccessarily right, but dont care that it happend. Kind of like crapping ontop of crap. | |
