Made some of the mint chocolate chip clean ice cream and it was pretty darn good. Saved some to put on my sweet potato waffles in the morning too   |

It was a little looser than I would have liked. Next time I won't put in the almond milk and instead use home made coconut milk which has more fat. Think it would have came out better that way. Or maybe just no milk at all, I don't put milk in for other clean ice cream flavors.

Went to a couple restaurant supply stores, and the seed and nut store today. Picked up some new toys.  Then the Amazon order showed up  It was Christmas for the kitchen! |

Made a new recipe today. Spaghetti squash pizza! Cook up your squash  While that was cooking make the sauce with 1# Italian sausage, an onion, and spices. Scrape the spaghetti out of the squash  Combine spaghetti and sauce.  Add toppings  Bake on 400 until done. These were in for 40 minutes.  |

National waffle day! Post up your waffles. Blend 1c old fashion oatmeal 1T flax seed ground Vanilla Cinnamon Almond milk to the right consistency Hand mix in 1/4t baking powder 1/4t baking soda Handful of nut mix, raisins, dried fruit, dark chocolate Top with toppings of choice  |
