Says on the knife, coated carbon stainless steel.

Each one is like $10 on Amazon.

Back at the grill...nom

Those brats are apple cider/maple sugar seasoned and parboiled in Hard Cider before they hit the grill.

Chicken breasts are rubbed with garlic then a shake of coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper.

Burgers are Angus.

Made some burgers that were packet with pizza cheese, liquid smoke, bbq sauce, and home made hot sauce. They were pretty hard to cook on the grill because they did not want to stay together so well.

Made some buns out of oat meal waffles.

Then topped the burgers with green bell peppers, onion, mushroom, and kale.

The corn was made on the grill.

Went all out on the green beans and took them out of the can and put them on the plate.

Green beans look killer.

Green bell pepper on a burger is different.

Thanks for the suggestions E. I went with Rotini pasta and a pound of sirloin ground beef. I had some left over sauce that I embellished to liven it up a bit. There's enough to make at least 4 more meals. I'm hoping by then that Stanley Black and Decker will get their shit together and cut me a pay check.

Anybody else have a condiment sauce addiction? My wife was cleaning out the fridge today and said I need help. Apparently not counting ketchup, mustard and mayo we(I) have 27 different kinds of sauces which she deems crazy. I think its perfectly normal. thoughts?

That looks gross.

I go through phases of sauce collections. I buy a bunch then realize this is silly so I use em all before I acquire more. It's when I run out of room on the door do I realize I got too many. I've bought some that are straight up bad so they get two tries, just to be sure, then they get tossed.

Today's my birthday so I wanted lobster and a good grilled meal. Tails on the top in garlic butter, portobellos, and pork chops that marinated overnight. I took the shell off the lobster before cooking just for ease eating afterwards. Cherry wood on top my charcoal. Foils down because I was too lazy to give my cast iron a deep clean. It's in need.

You can add Black Angus and Lamb to that. Stopped by my favorite market on the way home after a grueling 4 hour workday and picked a couple items up.

For lunch, leftovers from last evening.

Mmmm lamb is awesome.

And the crabs reminded me I saw a beer that has Old Bay in it. I didn't buy it.
