Default Colorado Crawlers Flying Club

Nothing really official or club-like about a bunch of reckless crawlers trying to score soccer goals, field goals, fly with a flock of geese, dive bomb each other and or crash their planes into each other. Ty, Jason and I have been flying every now and then and the hilarity that ensues reminds me of how crawling was a few years ago. There are talks of some dog fights using streamers in the future so get yourself a warbird and come have some fun!

A few shots from the other day or Ty's P-47 and Chad(Jocko)'s Apprentice.

Haha, those planes are way too shiny and lack the minimum 50% constructed of packing tape rule.

I need to get mine all rebuilt.

I was in Colpar Saturday looking at planes, this may push me over the edge and get a plane again.

We were trying, We probably went through 20 plus battery packs while there. It just wasn't in the cards that day.

Looks like Rodney is hooked now too, he went out there with a F-4u corsair and was a bit hard to fly, so a new one is being added to the fleet.

Im going to pick up some streamer material this week so it will be easier to hit.

Todd do it! They are a blast and I can guarantee you will be giggling all throughout the day.

A couple more photos for now.

Did you fly the P-38 or just push it around making airplane sounds?

I have flown two or three packs through it now. It flies really well, I just worry about crashing every time I come in for a landing, but so far so good.

Hell yea we don't discriminate.

We can hook it to my stryker and I'll get way up there and let it go.

We need to note right up front that the Colorado Crawlers flying club is a full contact club and we are not responsible what may happen to your planes or yourself should you attempt to rescue your downed plane while another club member is airborne.

We do always bring plenty of packing tape though.

Sweet! That is such an easy flyer. Did you get the bind-n-fly or ready-to-fly? When is it going to get in?
