Only updates are that I've been bashing the sh%$ out of it The chassis set up handles great, very balanced , I've found on this set up it likes a stiffer set of rear springs, and I went a little heavier oil in the fronts.(started with 20wt and now have 30wt) keeps the front from bouncing so much. Overall these rigs are just completely stupid fast, crazy fun, it will open your eyes the first time you take it out and try to drive it. I'm heading out to the beach/dunes this weekend to get some video And no more orders from the "CLOWNS" | |

I know most guys start a build with a spec sheet of all the parts they are going to use, but I didn't really know what I was going to use when I started this. I did know shit was going to get broke, fixed and up graded. I've had a few request for a spec sheet so here you go.... Axial axles with overdrive gears. Axial tranny with Robinson racing gears. RCP stainless steel lockers. Axial aluminum rear lockouts. Home made beef tubes/long in rear. Axial high steer Knuckles. Aluminum C's (brand unknown). FastEddy bearing through out..(Awesome). Modified MIP's front and rear. Traxxas Vxl-3s system. 54/16 32 pitch spur/pinion (also have 50,52 and 14,15,17,18,20) combos. Duratrax aluminum shocks. Proline Eightshooter wheels. Junfac wheel wideners. Panther paddles. Hitec 5645 servo Custom chassis/links and mounts. 2200-2650 mah 50-60c 3s bats. Any of this could change by the time you read this. (for Sanchez, Ross and Zach) |
