I rinsed the motor off with fresh water, but apparently that wasn't good enough. One of the bearings is now making a loud howling/whining noise up to about 1/2 throttle. (It quiets down from 1/2-throttle to full speed.) Can you please let me know how to get a pair of new bearings for the Cobalt 7T? Local hobby stores don't stock the 4x9x4F bearings in that motor.

Also, what is the procedure for replacing the brushes?

Thanks.
Hi John,

After running my Cobalt some more, I definitely think the bearings need to be replaced. Please PM me with information about how to order the bearings. Include shipped price and paypal address.

Thanks.

You can order new bearings from his site:
http://holmeshobbies.com/product.php...&cat=23&page=1

Just select "can/endbell" from the drop down menu.

John, will you be getting more 7T's in sooner or later?

I think my crazy scaler plan might better work with the Cobalt 7T.

Building my first crawler(SCX10), these things seem to be the "one". Is there a list I can get on? Take deposits?

10t arms will be here in a day or so.

7t arms will be done middle next week. I have the estimation on my site.

The 5t is really hot on 3s. The 7t gets hot over time on 3s. The 10t runs pretty cool on 3s.

Hi JRH,
What is the size of the bearings used for the Can.
I know it's a bearing with a flange but need to get inner and outer, thanks.
