Actualy finished another project that seemed to take months. My rebuilt 1994 Fender Standard Stratocaster that I converted to a Fat Strat with a new loaded pick guard in pearled white (hated the old flat white one) and Lace Alumitone P'ups in an HSS configuration. Man this think looks good, sounds great and plays great. Nice fast action. I also love the aged in natural maple neck that has turned a honey gold with age. After shots: Before |

Thanks. Sounds amazing through my Hot Rod Blues amp and a Boss Blues Driver with a touch of overdrive. Handle the clean stuff just as well.

I'm taking a trip up to the Racine Harbor Freight! It's always fun going there to browse. |

I'm beat I've been in the shop since 9:00AM. I've swapped motors in my comp Wraith, the 15T Crawlmaster Pro is getting a new home. I got my driver in the Poision Spider Wraith, and a couple other things. I then got to opening some boxes with new toys. Time for a new Non Wraith project! |

Rick, those cut and shut TSL's look sweet! How much did you cut out of them? Do I have to get my calculator out for this? Ha. I'm going to have to remember back to friggin' trig for this aren't I? I've got an extra set of TSL's I may try to do this with so I can take full advantage of the height limits in class 2. The extra 0.3" inches isn't a ton but it might be worth trying anyway. I love my pitbulls but hey it's worth a try anyway.

Thanks.. Somebody else did the work. I don't think I would attempt to do a cut & shut job. I'm better with metal.. Not so much rubber. Does anyone have any of those 2.2 aluminum spacer things to fit certain tires to rc4wd steelies? The guy who makes them was supposed to make some for 1.9's but, I cant get a response from him. I need a set of 1.9's. If I had a 2.2 to look at, I could probably just make my own. |

I traded a guy for a set of new Axial axles in the bag and when I received them, they were both front axles. So, anyone have a spare pair of rear axle shafts? I have everything else I think.

As usual, Cory at RPP comes through. I had placed an order about 2 hours ago before I realized I had 2 front axles. I have everything except the shafts (tho I have plenty of Wraith shafts, lol). Called RPP, then ordered the shafts, they are adding them to the priority mail package from my first order and refunding my shipping from the second. And people wonder why we order from RPP. Duh.
