I was thinking about the wheelie bar. I figured I'd just turn down the punch some in the Mamba Monster. I just need to get used to the throttle. I want to be able to wheelie sometimes! Ha. I do like that you can raise it though, and it's a cheap mod.

Yep, the allow wheels are a little more but the bearings make them worth it, especially if you consider that these things may be on the ground at 40mph +.Once you determine the perfect position for it, you can zip tie it in that position. I had these on both my revos and both my stampedes.

I think its probably a good idea. I'm going to get one. Part of my problem is the dang wheelies are so big that my rear wing is currently acting as my wheelie bar. I can't even control that...and i'm just going to tear it up if I continue.

I think I'm going to have to go back to the orange and white body on my chevy for future comps. Those flares & mirrors look sweet but I don't need the extra width and stuff hanging out the sides. In case you guys were wondering...

So I officially suck at driving fast! I switched out the front outdrive shafts with the rear thinking they were in better shape. Now they look like the rear ones. Hopefully the CVDs I ordered have NO plastic in them. THEN I crashed into a tree.

I don't know how it didn't explode into a million little pieces. I broke the rear wing off too.

I think giant circles at full throttle must just be really hard on the thing!

I'm really going to have to think about how to beef this guy up so that it can withstand my idiotic driving style...like a 10 year old on crack!

Well they've scored points in my book. I've never owned one before now. I love this thing. I hate to do any nice upgrades though because I'm just going to break them! Ha. I guess that's just part of owning a rig like this.

On another note...JRH sent me the wrong size RCCawler.com T-shirt. I ordered a XXL and he sent me an XL. I didn't notice until after I washed it and I'm not going to send it back. If any of you guys who are less chubby than me (club guys) wants it...you can have it.

Since I'm hogging the chit chat this evening I figured I'd continue. Here's my edit of the Melons Cam from Sunday. This is the first youtube video I've ever posted...and really the first video I've ever edited. Cut a bunch of the crap out of it, and noisy melons!

I can't figure out how to embed it, does anyone know how to do that?

Trey, my basher is no longer running

Last night around 10pm I decided I wanted to put Hera together. So instead of building another axle, I took the Rock Rider's!
Hera is gonna be one bad bitc... goddess.
I think the front is mostly worked out.
I have the CMS hooked up and everything seems to cycle clean.

Now I need a 6 channel radio!

At this rate, mine may not be running much longer! Ha! My new CVDs won't be here until next week some time. That doesn't mean I'm not going to try and ruin these this weekend though.

Well I'll be around all weekend if you, or anyone, wants to go bashing or wheeling somewhere. The Big Metal Bitch is always up for a fun run.
