I used the mounts from Shapeways that center the driveline. Sorry for the bad pic.

Wow. Those were tough to find. I finally found them on Carisma's site in Asia somewhere. Ordered two sets. Thanks again.

You're all a very bad influence on me.

Moved the battery to the front servo. Got a set of RC4WD Classic 8 hole wheels with Super Swampers. Just got the dual motor from Club 5. Have Carisma shocks on the way. Bought a 1/24th scale Proline Jeep body. FastEddy bearing kit. Some other stuff I can't remember.

When I'm no longer a noobie I'll post pics.

Based on those mods I'd say you're no longer a noob.

Do you know if you can (or if anyone has) run a lower RPM motor in the back for 1/24 overdrive/ underdrive?

I believe you could also use a little remote switch (one of those little keychain ones) on the rear motor to have dig on demand. I’ve heard of someone doing that with the 1/24 MOA Basher Rocksta.

Not sure why you would want the front and rear to turn at different rates. That doesn't make any sense to me.

Overdrive and underdrive is common in rock crawling. It can help with climbing and turning to have the front wheels spin faster

You would need a dual motor and/or tranny setup for that. The RockSta is MOA and can do that. You could mount dual geared motor and accomplish this. Dual geared n60 motors with a 100rpm rear and 110rpm front?

For a comp crawler its usually done with two ESCs, not gear ratios (as far as I know...?). It would be a pretty elaborate radio setup for a micro. Not impossible, just not something I would do personally.
