Heres another drawing of the end of the springs where it meets the axle, it will also be the mounting point for the lower link as well.

looking good. don't expect a lot of spring action in the rear as there is none, don't forget the deuce springs are smaller. like 6 3/8" leaves instead of 13 5/8" leaves like the 5-ton tractor's

Their just hot glued on their for now. I have some 3mm hardware on the way ,should be here by wedensday.
I think I am getting this brazing down with the brass, but no matter what I do I cant get the steel to braze up??
Whats the trick????

substantial cleaning and flux. by substantial i mean removing all traces of oils with alcohol, then hit it with a torch to make sure its all gone. while its heated, sprinkle on some flux powder and make sure it melts into the base metal. you have to heat steel pretty good to makeit hot enough for the brass/solder to adhere to it pretty well too.. hopefully this helps, continue on, this is a kickass build!! do you need any more pics? i work on m-35a-2's all the time, if so shoot mea pm.

Well the 3mm hardware showed up and Im totaly bummed out...These bolts are way to large..I want to go with some button head bolts that are 1 or 2 mm if they make any???If anybody has a lead on where to get some in 1 to 2mm X 1/2,1/4 and 3/4 long I would realy appreciate the heads up!!any whoo heres the pics of the nasty lary stuff..

I also started to draw up the cab in 10th scale , but same as the bolts it was a waisted venture.....I think its to big for the tires, so Im going to go with 12th scale. And just incase someone wants to know what it looks like in 10th scale ..

Ill post some pics of the finished cab drawings tomorrow from work...Stay tuned and the next post wont be so disapointing..
