Started on the widshield frames. Built the left side and ran out of time. Also built the flange area for the bottom of the top and for the top of the cab drilled for .080 bolts and nuts, but the problem now is that I cant get my fingers in their to install the nuts and bolts. I also dont know where to find tools for this small hardware?? Any help would be appreciated.. Heres A pic of what Im dealing with... |

This is serious, superb work! Have you looked over on microfasteners for a driver for the screws, i bought my .80 hex driver there.

Built the drivers side inner window. Also had time to build the acc door and the front fender. And a total mock up pic. Not to sure about the tire size? What tire do you guys think will look good and I would like to stick with 1.9s. |

This thing is amazing! I've been watching and being more and more amazed with every update. I think the mud pluggers are the way to go, perhaps you could reduce a set of 2.2 down to 1.9.

I am always impressed by your builds. I was wondering what the width is between the tires is? I am looking into this same axle and tire combo for a future project. Keep it up! |
