yes, but it's not instant. A mod has to unlock it for you... which usually happens pretty quickly.

If you buy the green star, you don't need the 30 days/30 posts. But as stated above it does takes some time to get access.

Because, when a member makes multiple posts back to back within a minute of each other, they are subject to getting merged if they have no purpose as individual posts beyond added post count

Because, when a member says the same thing repeatedly in the same thread, repeat comments are subject to being removed.

Because, if quoting several differnt people in response to their comments in multiple posts all within minute of each other with no replies in between.... when the multiple quote function was available to put those multiple quoted replies all in one comment, they are subject to being merged.

Basically, when multiple posts happen that could have been a single or posts that repeat themselves ... They either get merged or deleted.

And to answer the question you just asked....
