Have you checked the throttle endpoints on the remote. Checked the esc or transmitter for a training mode, or recalibrated the esc? Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk |

I just ordered my first crawler a TRX-4 Sport (tan pickup) i went RTR but will be using my DX5 pro for it. My question is besides a servo what other upgrades are best to do right off? I hear it's very capable. I have a ESC /motor from my carpet buggy but im pretty sure the 13.5 is too much for crawling...lol Thanks in advance and i am excited to try a new way of RC! |

Man. I may be the noob you're searching for. I have no idea what Berg means. I have a vaterra ascender. Stock with bpcustoms battery tray, arb diff covers and proline hyrax's. I'm having the common steering problem while backing up where the wheels flop back and forth. Probably just the weak factory servo. Ordered a servo and metal servo horn. Hopefully that will be fixed. My biggest problem right now is steering. Not getting full throw left or right. Hopefully the new servo will fix that. I know a lot of people hate vaterra. But I couldn't pass up horizons sale at 200 bones to get into crawling. Next is to get metal links I think. I just need guidance in this crawling world where theres always something new coming out

At 43 and 100% new to everything RC, I may just need to be adopted to make it through to become a confident crawler. I just ordered a Element Trailwalker RTR, any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

hello, I'm new to the hobby. I just picked up an Axial Bomber kit that a friend built and had a question for everyone because my google fu has failed me. There are some small holes on the bottom side of the axle tubes. Are these drain holes? is there something to prevent water from entering the diffs? How often should I open and inspect/grease the diffs? Thanks! |

Hi . New to rc stuff. Just bought a new trx 4 sport. It has the tekin crawler combo 35t motor and fxr esc, spektrum receiver. It didn't come with batteries or controller. I have a spektrum dx2e , and 3s 5300mah batteries from my rc boat. The truck will arrive in a few days. I hope I can get it sorted out. I appreciate any help. I live in Hidden valley lake california. Still waiting for my first rock crawler to show up in the mail. I've been waiting for a week. This sucks. I've been walking around looking for rocky crawlin spots. There's several really good ones just around the corner, but the grass is getting tall. Hope these things do well in tall grass.

As a purebred newb I have decided to ask... neigh, BEG the gods of RC to grant me the knowledge to know why my gears are grinding in my Axial SCX10 ii axles?!? Also what are all these extra parts, the ones included with the SCX10 ii Raw builders kit?

Okay, obviously the adoptions have ended. I guess my gears will just have to grind themselves to even smaller gears.
