I use both Tekin 55T motors. My servo is in the stock position. Do you think that black pinions are better than stock 12T?

Thank you.

Thank you.
Yes, I think the black pinions are better. I am not positive but they appear to be machined not cast.

With 55t I would think you could run 15t pinions. I run a 13t in the front and 12t in the rear with 40t broods. I have thought about going up one on both axles. Pinions aren't to expencive, you might want to get a pair of 14's and a pair of 15's so you can expirment a little. I think the 15's would be the best with those motors though.

As for a smaller pinion in the rear, if you run two esc's you don't really need a smaller pinion in the rear because you can adjust the bias (or premix) in the radio. But if your running 1 esc and a dig switch it is a good idea to have the rear pinion one tooth smaller so the front is always pulling a little harder. It will make the biggest difference on climbs when the rear wants to stall out a little so the front will pull down instead of the truck flipping backwards.

Thanks for your help.

Something else,Are those pinions the only that i can use on my bully or i have other choices?
