If I have a ton of help serving it and setting up I can do BBQ again, with the new baby my free time has been very sparse. I'm cooking 50lbs of BBQ tomorrow for our 1:1 off-road trip next weekend.

Excellent. Working on some details. Robert, can you handle gathering prizes for the event? Also we need three volunteers to do check in.

I plan to come down on Saturday to help set up courses. I can pick up a bucket of tennis balls for gate markers if we need them.

I think art has enough tennis balls for the event. We will need a few of the marking paint cans.

Absolutely, I can do that and help check-in tech / collect money if that helps speed it up too! Another question, do you want to do the same thing as usual with either a scale prize donation or 5$ PER class for entry fee?

I will pick up 3 different colors of marking paint, one for each class. I think that will make it easier to follow the courses.

There will be two courses, we may need one can for each course. I'm planning to run class 1&2 on a similar course, but I have some good ideas for two different class 3 courses.
