[QUOTE=binaryterror;2019157]Jason, just to let you know, The Eye's Super Bully's at the Worlds were 100% stock using all RC4WD gears. It wasn't a single gear failure, more than one was completely removed of all it's teeth. Nothing has been posted as a fix in RC4WD, nor even talked about.QUOTE] In defense of the Bullies that The Eye was running...his rig was weighing in somewhere around 14lbs. (from what I remember him saying) during worlds...his wheel/tire combo had a ton of weight hanging off the ends of those axles. He was also driving that thing hard as hell. I don't think any of the options mentioned would have held up to that abuse. They are starting to show up on alot of peoples doorsteps now...lets see what the next few weeks tells us...I think it'll be good things |

When I started this thread I was 95% sure I was going to run berg axles, now people have opened my eyes to the bullys. I'd say I am 50-50 at this point. If i get a set I'll let you know how good I get them steering;) | ||||

Thanks Jason. I do have a few guys working, and myself to see if we can get some better steering angle. I really like the extra steering. We didn't need that much more for the 2.2 as we are in the links already, but I think this can be fixed pretty easy on the SB, but time will tell. Thanks again. |

| Am I the only one here that see's the potential beyond of anything or what? Is it that big of a stretch to assume that aftermarket Bully Super CVDs can be made for those who want it? Somebody call RC Axle Master. |

Newb question, but is there a post on building a super\MOA? Need to learnz and I can't seem to find much. Plenty of builds but no general info. Been reading the large scaler stuff, interested in these super bullies. I think I have taken a shafty AX10 about as far as it can go. |

I am also considering building a new Super Jason. I looked at the berg option and I know how hard I am on my super and I have broke gears with my 2.2 berg several times.Take that and combine it with the cost of the berg axles and shafts and it puts me to the point I have ruled out that option. I have looked at the bully axles and I am leaning that way.Once work pics up I am going to be taking the clod apart and building something new mainly because with you starting this thread makes me feel better that Super is going to be here for the long haul. |

Wow, you have my interest in what way you go with your axles. I have thinking about changing from my clods, because it seems that good CVDs are next to impossable to get. I have one set thanks to Casey, but I need another for the rear. It would be nice if the super bullys work. I guess only time will tell.

I am watching this thread too because of a potential super rebuild. Nothing wrong with mine, just want another one with more up to date axles, as you stated. I have my clodbuster based rig down to 7.5lbs and really like it at that weight. But the SuperBully's dont seem too much heaiver, either. |
