Cool, thanks "thumbsup"

I guess they just looked smaller than 3.2.

JeremyH 04-18-2010 10:00 AM

Yeah, coming from the 115mm's and full width Plowboys, these things look puny! We'll see how well they perform!

shelljeep 04-18-2010 05:54 PM

Superdonas!
How tall are they?
Lookn good J

JeremyH 04-18-2010 07:00 PM

Thanks Shell! They measure in right at 7"....as compared to 7.5" with my Plowboys. These are a LOT lighter than my plowboys setup as well. I will drag it up to work with me tomorrow and weigh it.

I finally finished gluing tires....I think I killed quite a few brain cells over the weekend with CA glue. I'll get some runtime on it tomorrow after work.

JeremyH 04-19-2010 09:03 AM

Well, this truck now weighs 8.8 lbs and sits at 14" wide. I think I am going to like this new setup. :D

cartronicshn 04-19-2010 09:18 AM

Awesome rig Jeremy"thumbsup", can't wait for a vid or pics of it in action with the new setup, how is the new servo setup working for you?

Eritex Inc. 04-19-2010 09:18 AM

Looks great but man those are WHITE!!!

JeremyH 04-19-2010 09:24 AM

Thanks guys! Haha, yeah, they appear to have some sort of angelic glow when I use the flash! That last pic was with no flash...

Hey Jeremy, You are still using the Super Bully axles on this rig? How do you like them? I have been going onto RC4WD website for over 2 weeks and they are still sold out. You must have painted them?

Great looking rig, except for the white! :)

JeremyH 04-21-2010 05:27 PM

Yep, still using the super bullies. I have not painted them...that is how they came.

landon4 04-21-2010 05:47 PM

It must have been the new 1/2" links they were just to strong so the chassis broke:mrgreen:

JeremyH 04-21-2010 06:40 PM

Haha....yeah, those things are damn stout! I havent noticed any flex in them at all.

LOL, Oh i see, you have zip tied something white to the bottom of them. btw, what controller are you using?

JeremyH 04-21-2010 09:05 PM

Yes...that is some nice smooth teflon. It is held on with sticky tape and a few zip ties.

I use the DX6.

Is that to keep the axels as new as possible for as long as possible?

JeremyH 04-22-2010 05:11 AM

It is to help them slide over rocks easier.

JeremyH 04-22-2010 09:29 AM

Everything is back together:

Man lots of changes! 4s, Losi Golds. You like it that soft? Don't the canti's make the springs effectively softer? Hows the wheelspeed on 4s? I assume it still roosts.
