What size spacer do I need between the chassis, lower link rod end, and skid cross braces? If I measured correctly it looks like a 7mm.
The red spacers are axial ones. Yes on 4mm studs in the links. And I used one 1/8" spacer on the outside of each lower rod end. I didnt run standoffs between the shocks. The extra one was used in the middle skid hole.

I thought I tossed all the spacers in the bag for the cab and such. It doesn't take a lot to get to 3" wide with the 45mm chassis width.

The upper link support plates can go inside or outide the chassis, whichever you prefer.

Do I have the rear lower links on correctly? Measuring the distance from the mount on the link to the chassis I come up with around 3.5-4" and the shocks will be a maximum of 3.7" long eye to eye.

I'll try to take a picture of what I'm talking about later...but I'm thinking I might just need to put the Jato ends at the axle and the Revos at the skid which would bring the shock mounts 1/8" to 1/4" closer to the chassis.

That may be needed. The links were used on Berg axles not Bullies. You really don't know what you need to change until you get it all built though IMO.

This is what I was trying to describe earlier...the rear shocks are laid over really far and contacting the links. I'm gonna have to pick up some Ti for some links in the near future...or some more of this hex bar.

Interesting perdicament, looks like ya got some designing to do with that shock mount location. Can the upper links mount inside the chassis?

IB (hehe....IB), IMO, those links are not properly shaped for the bully gearcase. Any clearance you gain from them is is lost when you get to that gearcase which hangs lower. You might be better off with some new rear lowers or clocking those rear tubes a bit...

Either that, or you might need to go to a 50/50 setup. IIRC, Shelby had that truck setup as a 60/40 or even more bias toward the front....
