It seems to be a Spur 83T and the Pinion 24T
I run a stealth in mine.......I run a 13T pinion and an 83 T spur ......I radiused the back side of the stealth to get the motor closer so I could use a smaller pinion. good work.

rockwerks, have any pics of your mod to the Stealth?
What does the pitch of the gears have to do if you use the stock TLT Spur gear and the stock TLT Pinion gear? What is the pitch?

See the teeth on the stock Stealth tranny you have? That is 32 pitch. The gears we use are 48 pitch and have a smaller tooth but give you more adjustability w/ your gearing. And 64 pitch has even finer teeth and even better gear ratio adjustability.

stealth GT trans.........32 pitch so you are correct.

If it's not low enough. I ordered a Robinson Racing Pinion Gear 48P 18T and a Associated Stealth Spur Gear 48P 81T last week. Also I was going to order Servo savers and I found that the TLT kit came with 2 of them. so that saved me a few bucks.

Man I just found 12T-24T (48P) that are Metric at TowerHobbies. I could have just bought a different Pinion and kept the stock Spur gear. The Spur gear that comes with the Stock TLT-1 Kit is just small enough for Revo Shafts to fit. You couldn't fit any bigger Spur gear on there. I mean I only saved $3. I may just buy a 12T Metric Pinion So I will have a 83T Metric Spur, 81T Standard Spur, 18T Standard Pinion, 24T Metric Pinion and a 12T Metric Pinion.

You mean that the pinion would be to short to reach?

Well I got my steering links on the axles done for now. Moved them on top of the axles and put the brake line over the tierod. I can't do the top one yet intill I get my Servo's in the mail and mounted. Just got my e-mail from TowerHobbies.com my Jeep Body, Wheels, and Tranny parts are on there way. I can't start on the tube chassis till the Body gets here either.

Well I got the tires on the rims. Not Glued. The wheels need to be narrowed. I will also need to widen my axles too. I will be going with a wheelbase of 13.5 to 15in....?

Well I bought the wrong rods for brazing. I have to return them and buy the right ones. I got most of the center cage bent. Well here are the pics. I just have them taped in place for now.

Well I got my Tranny parts in and my pinion. I also missed a package from HONG KONG. I hope it's my MOPED, but I also ordered TLT Bearing kit too. I will be buying the right stuff to put my tuber together with. I should be getting everthing rolling along very soon.

Well I started to swap all my tranny stuff from my RC10GT to the B4 case. I just found out the gears don't swap. The Diff gear is way to big. The two little gears and all the bearings swap fine it's just the Idler gear that won't fit.

Well here is the picture of the RC10GT gear with the new B4 Tranny case.

The gear is as far is it will go. All the other gears switch just fine. I am holding the RC10GT gear in the new tranny case. In the back ground is the RC10GT case still with the gears.

Here is then one I needed. I guess I just bought the wrong part. I'll find that thread I got my info from and fix it. I'm sending mine back and exchanging it for this one. I ordered a motor plate, but I don't think it will work either. I guess I'll want to see what I can do with what I got.

The old motor mount won't work either.

I have put together a TLT-1 to Rock Cralwer Help book. There is over 100 pages of how to do and what parts to use. Plus a lot of pictures. I have dug up everything I could find. And as soon as I'm done with this project. It's amazing of all the research I have done I still haven't figured everything out by far.
