How are you liking the Delrin leaf springs? Do you need a helper spring? It really seems like Delrin would be much better on a scaler. Delrin has a better memory than steel. Again, great build my friend, you have great inspiration.

The Delrin leaf springs allows me to choose the design to my liking, it is not necessary to add springs,
and as you already know, maintains the same flexibility constant over time

Looks good and gives your team a real leg up on the scale competition....lol!

You should manufacture a kit to do the transmission and transfer case setup that you made!!! EDIT: Or somebody should, I don't mean to put you in a bind since you are Vaterra Team driver now.

I believe that the Ascender platform is an excellent starting point to build very interesting and performance vehicles in Class 1 is that even in classes 2 and 3.
Future developments could place this platform in an absolute leading position compared to competitors brands.

Right now, my development work, is just oriented in search of the leadership in Class 1, and the first race of the season in 2016 (03.20.2016),
Sorrca Rules, the ranking tells me that I am working in the right direction

Yes, it's very capable right out of the box and so versatile with adjustable frame and link lengths, axles easily narrowed, etc. Looks so good with the Yota hardbody.

Four weeks ago, I installed the new tires for grip on soft surfaces and mud, these in version 1:10.

New tires with dedicated rims, i wanted them to old style , I have chosen Gmade SR02 steel natural, but with customization

I wanted to make it light the wheels, and make more realistic, here is what I did.

The center ring, too heavy, I replaced it with a RC4WD ring:

Then I wanted the holes on the rim were passers-by, as on the rims 1: 1 :

This is the result :

Very cool project. Nice work on the skid plate. The wheels are also cool. Painting the inner rims black would have been a shortcut to get what you want. I might try that now that you gave me the idea.

Where did you get the transmission and transfer case?

Who makes the leaf springs?

Transmission and transfer case is my Autocad project and they were built in a mechanical workshop close to my house.
