Well finally got it out on the trails, so fun.. It ripes up and down the dirt trials and crawls pretty good on the rocks too.. I had the drag brake set for to much braking but other than that it's pretty fun, I'm gonna try some different gearing in it too, Im Running a 76/27, I'm gonna try 80/22 tomorrow and see how that goes.. |

Just wondering what gearing everyone else is running, if your running a mod brushless motor like me (8.5 tekin).. Just tring to get a idea where you all are at with that... Also got a Tbone front bumper coming as well, I like the way it looks on biggamehunters thread build.. Thanks for the ideas... And I'm in the process of bending a front bolt on stinger for my hammerz as well, I'll get some pics posted of that in a couple of dayz... I know this pic has nothing to do with the twin hammerz but I love it, it's from my last visit to sand mountain in Nevada, my daughter and I brought our crawlers.. She has a wraith and I got a highly modified scx10..enjoy.. ;););) |

Sand mountain is my playground. Besides my sand rail, I always take the TH and my slash. With paddles they are a bast. Have yet to get the Exo out there, but the weather is slowly warming up so it won't be long.

I know this has nothing to do with my twin hammerz, but when it's running, my hammerz will go with me in to some cool new terrain.. Today I pulled my 1:1 yota back to the garage, finally gonna get it going...it's been to long.. | |

Ok changed a couple of things, one I switched the shocks out yet again.. I found some old team associated stuff in a bag in my garage and there were some shocks in therefrom a b4.1.. So I installed the rear buggy shock.. Had to just add a few m.m. Of limiting and they seem to work great.. Would love to do the cvd conversion on the front though.. The other is the addition of a t-bone racing front bumper.. Easy install... Next will be that traxxas steering I've been talking about...lol... Enjoy.. ;) |
