I just jb welded the dig output and the front output to the gear. Held up great on saturday and I put the truck though its paces.

| Breakage before running
So there I was minding my own business trying to get a set screw out of one of my creepers drive line yokes and POW !!  The tip on my 0.05mm hex driver snaps off in the set screw.  After about 15 minutes of cursing, throwing things then drilling the tip out of the set screw, I had to order new driver tips. The smallest driver I have is 1mm.  I hope to have the new driver tips soon so I can finish my build. I still havent got any electronics for it, got to wait for pay day.

I did jam the needle nose pliers into my finger while trying to pry out the hex tip. I will get some pics soon, need to put batts in my camera.

It's been kinda slow on the chit-chat thread, whats everyone up to these days? Any thoughts/plans for another GTG in the near future? Scheduling time off is a PITA for me, but maybe I can make the next one? |

If I have a date it will give me the impetus to finish the creeper, goin to try ro post some pics of it tonight. Wish me luck. Looked at the photos of the awards banquet, it looked like a good time, very jealous.

So, I woke up today (2:30ish ), no clock, no fan, no lights....damn! Did I forget to pay the electric bill?Nope, just another Grand Chute power failure! Did you know you can heat up water for that first cup of morning coffee using a metal pan and a torch?
