I started trying out my paint colours today. It's a mustardy colour, and it didn't really show up right in the photos. I think my pink cutting mat throws things out of whack a little bit. To compensate, I gave them a vintage look. It helps for sure.   It needs a lot more coats and I need to fix a couple rough bits, but I'm pretty happy with it. | ||||

Oops, forgot to post up this picture yesterday.  I've made a decision on tires, and these aren't them, but they're reasonably close for mockup purposes. Axles are currently being narrowed by that bear driving a little car. |

Some good stuff coming! I got back on the chassis today. A very nice friend sent me back the axles he narrowed. They really help me get the look I was going for.  Got another coat of paint on today as well. Not sure I'm still loving this colour. Feel like it needs to be more tan and less mustard. I need to start tackling the windows and body detail work.  Tires are also way too small. Back to the old ones.  | |||||||
