Default KJ's Toyzuki Bronco

After a short run as a 1.9 small tire Bronco. I couldn't deal with the driveshaft rub. It drove me crazy. I know it didn't hurt anything. But I knew there had to be a better way. So I decided to run ar60s. It actually seems like the chassis was made for this setup.

Proline 66 Bronco body
Toyzuki v1 angled chassis
Toyzuki transfer case
Vanquish ar60 v2 axles
Vanquish stage 1 kit
Vanquish vvds
Vanquish 4 link and shock mounts
Vanquish wraith link set
Vanquish wraith axle panhard mount
Vanquish currie chassis panhard mount
Vanquish xd795s
Vanquish KMC stars
Mip wraith driveshafts
Mip dig shaft
Proline powerstokes
Gml sliders for angled chassis
Gml stinger bumper
Proline 1.9 boggers
Crawler innovations 5.25 double deuce foams
Warn premium hook
Hitec 7954
Heyok servo winch
Holmes BLE
Holmes 3300 stubby
Castle bec
Futaba 4pl
Scale driver
Kbess limiting straps
Locked up trackbar

Still need to install the Inner fenders, then the Limiting straps, new driver is on the way as well as the new wheels. I like the look of the stars on here but I think I need a silver rim for this one.

Swapped to some silver kmc wheels. I think the fit the truck better. Also installed a Holmes 3300 stubby. Very happy with it so far.

I ordered some CI double duece 5.5s s/f, the 5.25s s/m were a little to soft and i felt like it was loosing traction. If these foams dont work ive got a set of new set of Alien compound RB2

Great looking truck. I actually preferred the look with the black Methods and I rarely say I prefer Methods.

Cut the cage and worked on driveshafts placement just waiting on a transfer case shaft and sliders and bumpers

Your build pushed me over the edge to try the Proline 1.9 Boggers on AR60's ("hidden" from me until Christmas.)

What width hubs are you using, and could you get away with narrower hubs with the VP knuckle weights?

What was your wheelbase both before, and after shortening it?

.475s hubs all around to clear the low slung body .375 hub was the lowest I've tried with the knuckle weights but it looks like. 225 would work as well.

The wheelbase was 15 inches when I originally swapped from the v1 to the v3. It is at 13.7 in its current state

Awesome, thanks for the info. I was just trying to visualize my soon-to-be setup, looks like I'm in the same ballpark (roughly 14" w.b. and .350" hubs.) I'm looking forward to hearing your impressions of how the tires/wheelbase/track width/belly clearance all play together. Thanks again.
